Your Questions, Our Answers

No. We negotiate your storage needs with you and the lease is drawn up accordingly.

You can pay in person, mail a cheque or may also arrange a direct debit for your payments to be automatically transferred from your bank account into ours. We will provide you with our bank details if this is the option you would like to follow.

If we have storage available for rental, as soon as you have completed the required lease agreement and paid your deposit, you can move in at your leisure. With 24/7 access there is no need to worry about keeping to office hours.

We would appreciate a two week notice of your intention to vacate. Since you provide your own lock, we ask you remember to take your lock with you once you have vacated. That signals to us that you have moved out. Locked units will continue to pay rent.

On completion of the lease, we shall require a form of identification such as your driver license or passport

Small vehicles can certainly fit into the space. Basically, if it can fit in – and you can open the doors and get out after driving in – you can store it.

Explosives, flammable liquids, toxic materials and perishables. If you are unsure, please speak with us directly and we will be more than happy to advise you.

No. At the time of signing the lease you will be given your own unique keypad entry code to enable you to access the facility at any time at your convenience.

Each of our containers is 33 cubic metres and is big enough to store the contents of an average 2-3 bedroom home, inclusive of all furniture and belongings. Some of our customers with large properties rent two containers simultaneously.
